Introduction:

As an institution committed to the highest standards of international transparency, the student is required to review and agree to the following regulatory terms as an integral part of the application for training programs offered by the Academy:

1. Nature of the Program and International Accreditation

• The student acknowledges their complete awareness that the chosen educational program is an "Independent Professional Program" issued by a British entity.
• The student is aware that these programs are designed according to private vocational training standards and do not fall under the framework of UK Higher Education (academic government education), nor are they subject to the degree equivalence system by the Supreme Council of Universities in the Arab Republic of Egypt.

2. Legal Titles

• The titles granted (such as Professional Master, Professional Doctorate, or Professional Diplomas) are professional training titles that describe the acquired level of knowledge and skills. They do not confer an academic scientific degree or an official university title recognized by government entities or syndicates subject to local university regulation laws.
• The Academy fully disclaims responsibility regarding how this certificate is accepted or evaluated by employment entities (whether government or private) or syndicates, as this is entirely subject to the internal laws and regulations of each entity or country.

3. Documentation and Credibility

• The Academy is committed to ensuring the validity of the certificate's issuance from the source in Britain as an independent and legal vocational training entity.
• Notarization services (such as the British Foreign Office or Notary Public) are procedures to prove the "legality of the document" in the country of origin, and this does not change the "professional" nature of the program or result in converting it into an academic or university track.

4. Student Declaration and Consent

By completing the registration process or clicking "I Agree", this constitutes a final declaration of the following:

"I, the user/student, declare of my own free will that I have read and understood the nature of the Independent Professional Program explained above. I agree to enroll in it with my certain knowledge that it does not grant a degree affiliated with British Higher Education or other countries, nor does it give the right to claim from the Academy any results related to academic equivalence, syndicate enrollment, or any career paths subject to external entities."
